FAQs

THE PRODUCTS FAQS

Where can I buy your products?

Buy our products from our online store, at anytime that works for you.

Can I use Dr Macks Cleaner anywhere on my body?

The simple answer – Yes! Dr Macks Cleaner has been pH adjusted and is great to use on the crown jewels, but is also perfect as an all over bodywash. It has not been designed as an eyewash or a mouthwash, so please use it with a bit of common sense.

Is it really important to use a pH adjusted wash down there?

It is indeed. The skin around your genitals has a pH around 5.5 (the acid mantle) which helps keep moisture and good stuff in,  and keep sweat, dirt and nasty bugs out. Using soaps that often have a pH of 10 can destroy your acid mantle, letting the bad stuff play havoc with your boys.

How natural are Dr Macks products?

As natural as we could make them, while still doing what it says on the tin. Dr Macks Cleaner is made from 96% natural or naturally derived ingredients.  Dr Macks Perfecting Balm contains 80% natural or naturally derived ingredients (check out our ingredients FAQs below).

Do Dr Macks products contain parabens, sulfates, dyes or plastic microbeads?

Absolutely not.

Do Dr Macks products contain artificial fragrances?

Dr Macks Cleaner contains 0.5% artificial fragrance. We added these fragrances to leave you and your boys with a refreshing clean scent.

Are Dr Macks products tested on animals?

Never

Do Dr Macks products contain Palm Oil?

Our cosmetics are crafted with a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. In Dr Macks Cleaners, a residual palm-oil derived ingredient is present in a trace amount (less than 0.0001%). It is sourced exclusively from suppliers certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and COSMOS standards, ensuring that our products adhere to the highest ethical and eco-friendly practices."

Do your products have an expiry date?
