Shipping Policy

At Dr Macks, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy below:

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday - last order is processed at 1pm Friday afternoon
• Please allow additional time during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

• Shipping is facilitated by our partner couriers and rates will be calculated at checkout

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Any order processed before 1pm Friday should be shipped should be 2-3 working days
• Orders processes on a Friday should be delivered the following Monday/Tuesday
• We do not facilitate weekend deliveries

Tracking Information:

• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package on our website.

Delivery Problems

• If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us within 14 days of your order’s estimated delivery date.
